Welcome Members and Friends!

From The Board

Dear Members,
We hope you enjoy our updates on this page and in our newsletter. Many thanks to the Digital Communications Committee for publishing it for us!

You will notice that we have an expanded Metaphysical Committee that encompasses a number of outward facing activities like Ushering, Membership, and Care. All members are on the Metaphysical Committee since we need everyone's prayerful support of our church. This means you can feel free to participate in any of the other activities like Ushering, Care, or Membership as needed and as you feel led to do so.

As always, you are greatly appreciated. Thank you for all you do to support our church!

Our current Metaphysical Topic is Respect.

Reading Room

14th Annual Summit Community Nights Event:

Our Reading Room participated in the 14th Annual Summit Community Nights Event for the 2nd year in a row on July 13th.

We were all once again out on the Village Green, accompanied by a live band, Element K, and local dance troupe, Nimbus.

Our Reading Room was among 30 nonprofits from Summit each having a display.

The event was lively, warm, and we gave away many copies of Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, including 2 to a man who came back and asked for another!

Another man was eager to attend our church.

Children wanted board books -- The Ten Commandments and The Beatitudes.

Gratitude and thanks were expressed by all who left with books and pamphlets in their hands! The Mother Church Activities Department provided 30 new graphics, one of which we had Liss Printing make a vinyl banner for our table.

Science and Health at our local library:

Members and all friends, please join us in supporting our Movement by checking out Science and Health from the local library!

Reserve copies of Science and Health online.

Also, at Summit Free Public Library, you can now check out copies of the 2nd edition Peel biographies about our leader, Mary Baker Eddy.

See you at the library!

View our Reading Room page on our website.

Zoom Committee

The Zoom Committee was formed this year and created a Tech Station with speaker and equipment for our Music Host for hybrid Wednesday Evening Testimony meetings. (Hybrid means the meeting is held both in-person and on Zoom.)

After much detailed work, it is a real support for those joining online at 7:50pm each week.

Please spread the word!

We want all to know that Zoom audio participation is well-supported.

View our Zoom page to instantly join in every Wednesday.
